Somerset Wood Burners offer various methods of installation to meet yours Hetas and building regulations requirements. Firstly the flexible stainless steel liners, these come in different grades and sizes depending on which stove you require. Secondly we have a twin wall insulated flue which can be used if you do not have a chimney or existing fireplace in your property, this can be run both internally or externally. Lastly, we can use your existing chimney, this is dependent on the condition and what exactly you have there. Once a site survey has been completed the method of installation will be decided upon and a solution will be designed for your specific heating needs, overcoming any challenges and problems in advance.
Once the installation is complete, one of our Somerset Wood Burners heating engineers will run though your installation and provide full instructions on usage along with guidance on servicing and sweeping to keep your wood burning or multi-fuel stove and it’s installation in good condition, see our after-care section for details.
All our heating engineers and installations are fully insured and Hetas registered. A fully compliant certificate will be issued through Hetas to keep alongside your building insurance maintaining your property is up to date with current UK regulations.
